This Alliance Technology coating system is among the newest generation of coating machines. Its innovative engineering design provides variable control of coating delivery and line speed, allowing application thicknesses from 7 to 20 microns. Production capabilities range from 20 to 110 linear feet per minute. The system was installed new in 2007 and has been operated for 253.7 clock hours. Materials capabilities include flexible materials as light as 100 lb. cover stock and rigid materials including foam board, cardboard, fluted plastic, expanded core vinyl sheet, acrylics and other materials up to 3” thick.

Includes the following extras:

  • 20 foot extension to in-feed of UV curing system (this provides extended coating flow time resulting in an ultra smooth finished surface)
  • Extra scraper blade
