Graphics File Instructions
FILE GUIDELINES

Always include file name, final output size, company name, phone number and quote number.

All file formats should be sent right reading. Type should be converted to curves, paths, or outlines if possible. When using QuarkXpress® or InDesign® files, please include all fonts.

File must be in CMYK mode.

Send layered version of file, if available.

Attach all linked uncompressed files. Link only .eps and .tif files.

Notify GREGORY Customer Service by phone or email as soon as your file is submitted. graphics@gregory1.com

UPLOAD WEBSITE

You can access the Upload Website using any internet browser by typing the following site in the address bar: http://upload.gregory1.com

This site requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater for PC and Internet Explorer 5 or greater for Macintosh.

Files up to a size of 2GB, or a combination of up to 3 files totaling no more than 2GB may be transferred using this website.

You can use the browse buttons on the webpage to locate the files to be transferred. Select the file to transfer and click the “Open" button. Use the “Upload Files” button to begin the transfer.

When the transfer has completed, be sure to contact your customer service representative to let them know the file has arrived.
FTP SITE

PC users can access the FTP site using any internet browser by typing the following site in the address bar: ftp://ftp.gregory1.com

From another window or your desktop, simply click and drag the file to be transferred into the FTP window.

When the file has been transferred you will see it listed in the FTP window.

Please note: if you close the FTP window and re-access the FTP address, you will not see the files that were just transferred. This is done as a security measure to protect your files from other users.

When the transfer has completed, be sure to contact your customer service representative to let them know the file has arrived.
