General Information

 TERMS OF SALE

  • MINIMUM ORDER $75.
  • Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval and signed credit application.  (May take up to two weeks to process credit application).
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card accepted.

  • Credit cards are not accepted for payment of term accounts.  Check by Phone services are available.
  • A $40 fee will be added on any returned check, regardless of the reason.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

FREIGHT POLICY

  • Orders $125 or more will be shipped ground freight free of charge by Gregory except as noted at check out.  Expedited shipping is available at customers' expense.
  • We reserve the right to raise freight paid minimums and/or fuel surcharges as economic conditions warrant.

 

WARRANT AND PRICING POLICY

GREGORY products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time sold to the buyer.  GREGORY'S obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of, or credit for the product only.  This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing to correct typographical errors.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.  Please visit www.gregory1.com for current pricing.
  • Not all items in catalog are stocked at warehouse location, rush delivery could result in additional customer paid charges.

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All orders received by 5:00 PM Central Time for in-stock inventory items will ship the same day.  All Custom Slit, Punched, Masked or by the yard orders of in stock material received by 3:00 PM Central Time will normally ship the next business day.

Please keep in mind that not all listed catalog items are in inventory and may incur some lead time to ship.  check with your Customer Service Representative for confirmation of order fulfillment.

 

DAMAGED/LOST/DELAYED SHIPMENTS:

  • Report all problems to Gregory, Inc. within 48 hours of occurrence.
  • Errors or shortages in the delivered order must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Gregory, Inc. within 10 days.  Otherwise, shipment will be regarded as complete.
  • Damage to the material that occurs in transit must be immediately noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.  You must obtain a copy of it and a copy must promptly be sent to Gregory, Inc. Customer Service.  Failure to report the damage and to provide the apprjopriate documentation from the delivery receipt within 48 hours, may deem the shipment as complete and absolves Gregory, Inc. of any liability.
  • Lost or delayed shipments must be confirmed with the delivering carrier before remediation can occur.
  • Any additional shipping expenses incurred beyond the original shipping to expedite replacement materials are the customer's responsibility.

 

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:

  •  After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • All returned material is subject to a 25% restocking fee or $25, whichever is greater.  There is no credit for original shipping expenses.
  • All returns or exchanges of defective material must be authorized by a Gregory, Inc. Customer Service Representative prior to being returned to Gregory, Inc.
  • All shipping expenses associated with returning material shall be the customer's responsibility.
  • All materials returned must be returned in the original format and condition as purchased.
  • All non-stock, non-catalog and customer fabricated itmes may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
